Well, it seems I've had quite a bit of luck this week when it comes to blood, violence, and transvestites. Read on for details!

Wild Zero
This is a great Japanese cult movie about zombies and "LOCK AND LOLL!!!" starring Japan's self-proclaimed greatest punk rock band, Guitar Wolf. The zombies and characters were absolutely hilarious. Some examples:

Guitar Wolf's ex-manager who wears really tight shorts, a convincingly feminine male, guitar pick shuriken throwing Guitar Wolf, sexy zombie killers, and of course, the zombies themselves.

For still shots, click here. Absolutely hilarious movie, although not for the weak of stomach or those who don't appreciate a b-grade, cult film.

Zatoichi
The review here sums up the plot and such very well. The reviewer is sarcastic about the final dance scene though... Other than that, this movie was amazingly cool.
