I just sent the tea box designs to the head honcho of the Roppongi Hills art center museum shop. I don't particularly like the final product, but I just left it up to my mother's friend, the tea distributor. If I was comissioned to design the box indepdendently, I would have probably changed the entire idea time and time again, but alas, passing it by the middle-woman would have been a pain in the ass, so I resisted.
Ah, the trials and tribulations of an amature.
Sorry for not posting. Things have been slightly hectic, seeing as mom and I are living with Nahna. Romi-chan has been gone for quite some time; her second grandchild was born yesterday! (Squeal!) Seeing as I was totally exhausted by Wednesday afternoon, it was a good thing that the school week was only three days long. Now, I am enjoying the relaxing atmosphere presented by a four day "mid-winter holiday" also known as a slightly extended weekend.
Random bit of silliness. Talking cats! (If that link doesn't work for you, try this.)
Umm, I can't think of anything else to say. Maybe I'll work on the layout...
EDIT: As requested... Final designs 1 and 2 and my favorite of this "series" 1 and 2. What do you think? Would the guy at Roppongi Hills like my taste better than the middle-woman's?
Self-portrait should be on its way. I sent an email to the teacher who took the picture so... hopefully, it will come around soon.
