I got an eight out of nine on my US History mock free response essay! It's the highest score I've ever gotten on an essay in this class, seeing as I've been schlooping around the fours and fives with the occasional six giving me a little boost. Hurrah! Although this mainly reflects on the topic and my comfort-level with it rather than my ability to score high on this damn exam... In any case, Friday is the big day! Saturday is the SAT day, with coincidentally identical abbreviations for both! Sunday is FREEDOM, two words which share no abbreviation similarities. In fact, I'm not even sure if freedom has an abbreviation. Oh well.

The big news, though, is that I got accepted to the summer program at the California College of the Arts. In my first course choice too! Very exciting. Mish, I don't know if I'm going to be able to communicate with people outside of the program while I'm there, but if you have schools you are going to visit anyway in the vicinity, I'll ask someone in charge.
