Alright. I'm a day overdue for a weekly post, so I'll do what I can to make this week seem interesting.
Maybe if I make everything seem super exciting. OH MY GOD!!!!!
Actually, there are a few exciting things.
First, I'd like to point out that in a month, I will be on a plane towards the arms of the other half of my family and a lovely germ. That's quite exciting.
Second, I've aquired some Family Guy episodes from the wonderful cyber-community and I have realized how much I love this show.
For example. The episode "Road to Europe" in which Stewie is trying to get to the BBC to become one of the kids in a silly British children's program. Stewie and Brian end up in the Middle East and have to work their way northward to get to London. On the way, they stop in a cafe in Amsterdam.
B: *cough* Augh, this smoke is so acrid.
S: A man can hardly breath in here...
(Stewie carries on a breif conversation with a stoner at the next table, voiced by Seth Green and turns back to the table.)
B: Say, are you hungry?
S: Well, you know, I wasn't when I came in, but isn't that so funny? I'm getting there...
B: Yeah, same here.
(Cut to the front of the coffee shop to show a passage of time...)
S: I think... the only reason we die... is the...
B: Dude, dude, I know what you're gonna say and I am so completely...
S: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, sh, shh, shh, shh.... The only reason we die... is because we accept it as an inevitability. Aaaughhh.
B: Do you think I'll ever find the right woman?
S: Oh, god I... yes man. Ah, come on, dude... You're great.
Man. This episode rocks. Stewie is told to piss off by the fairy god mother character of the TV show of his dreams and is called a "grotty little wanker."
"Pope... The floor is not a hamper!!"
In other news, for the two day thanksgiving holiday, Mom, Kikko, Nahna and I are going to an onsen. Each room has its own bath outside, so we'll have a nice family tub. Sounds lovely and relaxing.
Oh yes, and the printer arrived. It has come in handy, especially since its arrival overlapped with the only project in photo class where we could use color film/digital photos. Nice printers rock! And so does scanning. And copying.
Ow. My shoulder is really stiff. It makes me sad. Like this fella. :^(
Bird! :>
Monkey! :3
Person! :3).
Well, I must be off to do my homework. Love you all and looking forward to seeing you.
P.S. Michelle, the letter has been sent.
